The B10 loudspeaker was originally designed as a nearfield studio monitor to be used exclusively for sound recordings in Dieter Burmester’s private studio. As a result of its tremendous success the idea was later adapted to create a surprisingly good shelf loudspeaker which does not take up a lot of room.
